About Craft Pros

Local and owner-run

I'm Matt Poorman, owner of Craft Pros Home Improvements. We're based in the Auburn area and serve homeowners throughout Syracuse and Central New York.

When you hire Craft Pros, you work directly with me. I come out to look at your project, put your quote in writing, and stay involved from start to finish. I'm on every job, and if something changes or we uncover an issue, you'll hear about it from me.

We handle roofing, chimney repairs, siding, flooring, doors, painting, demolition, and more. Chimney repair is a particular strength of mine, and I take pride in helping homeowners tackle repairs before they become bigger problems. If a project falls outside what we do well, I'll be upfront about that, too.

My approach is simple: show up when we say we will, do the work we agreed on, keep you informed, and clean up before we leave.

We're insured and offer free estimates. Whether you have a repair that needs attention or an improvement you've been putting off, I'd be happy to take a look.

Quality work. From roof to floor.
Matt Poorman, Owner
