Privacy Policy

Craft Pros Home Improvements LLC ("Craft Pros," "we") runs craftproscny.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site and what we do with it. Short version: we use it to give you an estimate, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you fill out our estimate form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, job address, details about the project, your timeline, how you heard about us, how you'd like to be contacted, and any photos you upload.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To contact you about your project and set up a visit
• To prepare and send your estimate
• To follow up on work you've asked us about

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your project.

Calls, texts and email

By submitting the estimate form, you agree that Craft Pros may contact you by phone, text message or email about your project. We won't add you to a marketing list. If you'd rather we stop contacting you, just tell us, or reply STOP to a text.

Who else handles it

We use a few trusted services to run the site and our business. They handle your information only on our behalf:

• Jotform processes and stores estimate form submissions.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site.
• Microsoft 365 handles our business email.
• Internal tools we use to organize estimates and follow-ups.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project information as long as we need it for your estimate, any work we do for you, and our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Call 315-407-1459 or email sales@craftproscny.com.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
